U.S. military strikes boat in Caribbean allegedly carrying illegal drugs to U.S.

President Trump said the U.S. attacked a boat allegedly carrying illegal drugs from Venezuela, killing 11 people on board. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the strike took place in the southern Caribbean.
