Utah prosecutors have formally charged 22-year-old Tyler Robinson with killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The Utah County attorney read several texts he says Robinson sent to his roommate in which he admits to planning the shooting for over a week. Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
