Tensions rise over ICE operations in multiple U.S. cities

In Los Angeles, a driver accused of being undocumented and a U.S. marshal were shot and wounded by an ICE agent during a traffic stop. In New York there were protests as ICE agents descended on Chinatown, targeting street vendors. CBS News’ Tom Hanson reports.
